hello@rajwadahospitality.inWe collect the minimum we need to take your booking and serve you well. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone who is not directly involved in delivering your event.
01What We Collect
When you make an enquiry or booking we collect your name, mobile number, email address, event date, guest count and any dietary, accessibility or décor requirements you choose to tell us. For confirmed event bookings we additionally collect a billing address and GST number where applicable.
When you browse this website we collect standard technical information — pages visited, approximate location by city, device type and referring source — through cookies and analytics. This is aggregated and is not linked to your name.
02Why We Collect It
To confirm availability, prepare a quote, deliver your booking, and contact you about it. To meet our legal obligations around invoicing, GST and food safety record-keeping. And, if you have opted in, to send you occasional information about seasonal menus and open dates.
We will never use your information to contact you about anything you did not ask about, and we do not run advertising retargeting on this website.
03Who We Share It With
Only those who need it to deliver what you have booked: our own staff, and where you have engaged them through us, the specific décor, DJ or photography vendor assigned to your event. Each is bound by a confidentiality clause in their contract with us.
We use standard third-party services for payment processing, email delivery and website analytics. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone, for any amount, under any circumstances.
04How Long We Keep It
Enquiries that do not convert to a booking are deleted after twelve months. Confirmed booking records, including invoices, are retained for eight years as required under Indian tax law. Marketing subscriptions are held until you unsubscribe.
CCTV footage from the property is retained for thirty days and then overwritten, except where it has been specifically preserved in connection with an incident.
05Cookies
This website uses a small number of cookies: one to remember that you have seen the cookie notice, and analytics cookies to understand which pages guests actually use. You can decline analytics cookies through the notice, or block all cookies in your browser settings — the site will continue to work normally.
06Your Rights
You may ask us at any time for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Write to hello@rajwadahospitality.in and we will respond within thirty days, usually much sooner.
You may unsubscribe from any marketing message using the link at the bottom of it, or by replying STOP to a WhatsApp broadcast. This does not affect messages about a booking you have already made.
07Security
Booking data is held on access-controlled systems and is available only to staff whose role requires it. Payment card details are never stored by us — card transactions are handled directly by our payment processor.
If a data breach ever occurs that affects your information, we will tell you directly and promptly, and tell you what we are doing about it.
This document is written in plain language on purpose. If any part of it is unclear, that is our failure and not yours — email hello@rajwadahospitality.in and we will explain it and, where needed, rewrite it.
Still have a question?
Our booking office is staffed seven days a week and will happily walk you through any clause in this document before you commit to anything.
