hello@rajwadahospitality.inThese terms apply to every booking made with us — a table for two or a wedding for eight hundred. Nothing in here is designed to catch you out.
01Bookings & Confirmation
A table reservation is confirmed when we send you a confirmation message. Reserved tables are held for fifteen minutes past the booking time; after that we may release them, though a message from you keeps the table indefinitely.
An event booking is confirmed only when a signed booking form and the 25% advance have both been received. Verbal or provisional holds are courtesy only and are released automatically after 72 hours.
02Payment Schedule
For event bookings: 25% on confirmation, 50% no later than fifteen days before the event date, and the balance on the day against the final guest count. All amounts are invoiced with GST at the prevailing rate.
The final guest count must be confirmed in writing 72 hours before the event. Charges are calculated on the confirmed count or the actual attendance, whichever is higher. We do not charge for children under five.
03Catering
Catering at all four venues is in-house only. Outside caterers, tiffin services and guest-supplied cooked food are not permitted, for food-safety and licensing reasons. Celebration cakes brought by the host are always welcome and carry no cutting charge.
Menus are finalised at least ten days before the event. Substitutions may be necessary where an ingredient is unavailable at market; we will inform you and offer an equivalent of the same or higher value.
04Décor, Vendors & Access
You are free to appoint your own decorator, DJ, photographer or entertainment. All external vendors must complete a safety and load briefing with our technical team at least seven days before the event, and must carry their own public liability cover.
Nails, screws, adhesive tape and open flame are not permitted on any painted, mirrored or panelled surface. Damage caused by an external vendor is the host's responsibility and will be assessed at replacement cost.
05Timings & Noise
Amplified sound at the outdoor lawn must cease at 10:00 PM in line with district regulation. This applies to every open-air venue in the area and is not something we can waive. Indoor functions in the banquet hall may continue later by arrangement.
Extended hours beyond the package allowance are charged hourly and are subject to the next day's calendar. We will always tell you at the time of booking whether an extension is likely to be possible.
06Guest Conduct & Safety
We reserve the right to refuse service or ask any person to leave where their conduct endangers, harasses or materially inconveniences other guests or our staff. Our team are instructed to escalate to a duty manager rather than argue.
Fireworks are limited to licensed cold-pyro and sparkler effects handled by our approved vendor, in line with prevailing green-crackers rules. Pets are welcome on the lawn and the dhaba garden by prior arrangement, and are not permitted in the indoor restaurant or the banquet hall.
07Liability
We carry public liability insurance for the property. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal property, jewellery, gifts or cash brought onto the premises; a secure room can be provided for gift storage on request and we recommend using it.
Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by events genuinely outside their control — including natural disaster, government order, civil disturbance or utility failure at grid level. In such a case we will offer a rescheduled date or a refund in line with our refund policy.
08Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan. Before any of that, we would much rather you called us.
This document is written in plain language on purpose. If any part of it is unclear, that is our failure and not yours — email hello@rajwadahospitality.in and we will explain it and, where needed, rewrite it.
Still have a question?
Our booking office is staffed seven days a week and will happily walk you through any clause in this document before you commit to anything.
