Romantic Dinner
Corner booth, candle service, a rose on the table and a dessert we send without being asked. Book the 8:30 sitting for the quietest room.
Reserve →The Gold Room · Fine Dining
A climate-controlled dining room of eighty-four covers, a live show kitchen, a private room that seats twenty-four, and a service brigade that has been with us for years.
Premium Ambience
Low brass pendants at two thousand seven hundred kelvin. Velvet banquettes with high backs so the table beside you isn't part of your evening. Acoustic panels behind the fretwork, because a beautiful room that echoes is a badly designed room.
The show kitchen runs along the north wall behind glass — you can watch the raan being carved without smelling it for the next two hours.
However You're Celebrating
Tell us the occasion when you book and the room, the menu and the service change to match it. None of these carry a surcharge.
Ask For These By Name
Two plates that need to be ordered in advance, and are the reason a good number of our guests drive across the city.
Nineteen chefs, four sections, two hundred covers a night — behind glass so you can see everything and smell nothing. Take a seat at the chef's table and we'll talk you through each plate as it leaves.
The Detail Work
Fifteen things that are simply there, without you having to ask.
Reviews
The Gold Room is the only place in the city I'll take a client. The private dining room, the service, the wine list — it does half the work before I've said a word.
We did the chef's table for our anniversary. Eight courses, and he told us the story behind each one. My wife has not stopped talking about the shahi tukda.
The galouti melts. That's not a figure of speech — it actually melts. I've had it in Lucknow and this holds up.
Booked the Durbar Room for twenty-two people. Own entrance, own team, nobody bothered us for three hours. Exactly what a private room should be.
Our reservations desk is staffed from 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM, every day.
Before You Book
Can't find your answer? Our booking team replies within the hour, every day between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
Reservations are recommended for dinner Thursday through Sunday and essential for the private room or chef's table. The dress code is smart casual — we ask guests to avoid beachwear and sports shorts in the evening service after 7 PM.
The Durbar Room seats up to 24 around a single table, with its own entrance, service team, screen and sound system. There is no room hire on weekdays; on Friday to Sunday a minimum spend applies, which we'll confirm when you enquire.
Yes. Tell us at the time of booking rather than on arrival and the kitchen will build around it. We run a separate vegetarian prep section, and our chefs can adapt most of the menu for Jain, vegan and gluten-free diners.
The restaurant serves a curated wine and spirits list alongside a signature mocktail programme. Corkage on your own bottle is available for private-room bookings by prior arrangement.
A live ghazal and light-classical set runs Friday to Sunday, 8:30 to 10:30 PM. It is kept at conversation volume — this is not a lounge. On other nights we play a curated instrumental playlist.
Valet service runs from 6 PM daily and throughout the day for private-room and event bookings. Self-parking is free and available at all times.
Eighty-four covers, one private room and six seats at the pass. Tell us the occasion and we'll do the rest.
